Wiki
The wiki from 4Bees.at and Bee-Social.org is a full-featured wiki application. Users can create documents and link them together. The articles can be edited by several users at the same time. A history shows who made what changes and when. The texts can be created as plain text, in Creole markup or in HTML.
The wiki uses a WYSIWYG editor. First select the syntax for the wiki text under the Configuration menu item. We recommend the HTML syntax as most are somewhat familiar with it. But you can also choose Creole or normal text.
You can now choose a title for the wiki entry and start writing the article.
Next you can format parts of your text. To do this, select the relevant text section and select the desired formatting.
After you have finished the article, you can categorize it accordingly and link it to other assets. You have already done the configuration. Under the Permissions menu item, you can choose who should see the wiki article.
Adding and editing wiki pages
A separate page is created for each wiki article. To do this, select on the start page of the wiki under the menu item Frontpage -> Add subpage. This creates a new page directly below the frontpage. Of course, it is also possible to create a new page below any page. To do this, simply first switch to the relevant page and then select Add subordinate page. A corresponding page structure can thus be created for several pages that belong together.
